1. General description of rotary drum dryer

2. Work principle of Rotary drum dryer

After the wet materials are fed into the dryer from one end, under the turning of the flights evenly distributed in the inner drum, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer and contact with the cocurrent (countercurrent) hot air, which speeds up the driving force of drying heat and mass transfer. In the drying process, under the action of inclined flights and hot air flow, the materials move to the other end of the dryer and discharged by the star discharge valve.

2. The resistance for fluid to pass through the drum is low, and energy consumption is low.
